This is one theory.
My theory is economic deflation hits(name a time period)
Dictator/Strong man appears to maintain order and civilization.(name a time period)
Economy loosens up and inflates along with freedom & personal liberty.(name a time period)
Rinse & Repeat.
This is a very simplistic viewpoint, but I’ve never cared for writing so I keep it short & simple.(I would describe myself as a reader & orator, things I can do fast, while writing is soooo sloooooow)
