Sensitive biolabs documents deleted by US Embassy and published by GreatGameIndia expose that it was former US President Barack Obama himself who authorized the construction of biolabs in Ukraine for creating dangerous pathogens.
EXCLUSIVE: US Biolabs in Ukraine
- Is Russia Targeting Secret US Bioweapons Labs In Ukraine?
- US Embassy Removes All Evidence Of Ukraine Bioweapons Labs. Here Is All The Data
- Documents Expose Barack Obama Ordered Construction Of Biolabs In Ukraine To Create Dangerous Pathogens
- Finally US Confirms Russia Planned To Attack Dangerous Biolabs In Ukraine
According to a removed web page retrieved by GreatGameIndia, former President Barack Obama pushed an arrangement that resulted in the development of biolabs processing “especially dangerous pathogens” in Ukraine.
The headlines come on the same day that Biden administration operative Victoria Nuland informed the United States Senate that the American government is anxious over biological research centers slipping into Russian control as a consequence of the escalating fighting in Eastern Europe.
Now, we have official confirmation from US Under Secretary that Russia indeed planned to attack Bioweapons labs in Ukraine and that Washington was working with Kiev on dangerous pathogens in those labs authorized by former US President Barack Obama himself.
The article “Biolab Opens in Ukraine,” which was originally published on June 18th, 2010, describes how Obama, when functioning as an Illinois Senator, helped secure an agreement to create a level-3 bio-safety laboratory in the Ukrainian city of Odessa.
The story, which notably emphasized the efforts of former Senator Dick Lugar, was also published in Issue No. 818 (read below) of the USAF Counterproliferation Center’s Outreach Journal.
“Lugar said plans for the facility began in 2005 when he and then-Senator Barack Obama entered a partnership with Ukrainian officials. Lugar and Obama also helped coordinate efforts between the U.S and Ukrainian researchers that year in an effort to study and help prevent avian flu,” read the report.
USAF JOURNAL.The Odessa-based laboratory “is responsible for the identification of especially dangerous biological pathogens,” according to a 2011 report from the United States National Academy of Sciences’ Committee on Anticipating Biosecurity Challenges of the Global Expansion of High-Containment Biological Laboratories.
“This laboratory was reconstructed and technically updated up to the BSL-3 level through a cooperative agreement between the United States Department of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine that started in 2005. The collaboration focuses on preventing the spread of technologies, pathogens, and knowledge that can be used in the development of biological weapons,” the report continues.
“The updated laboratory serves as Interim Central Reference Laboratory with a depozitarium (pathogen collection). According to Ukrainian regulations, it has a permit to work with both bacteria and viruses of the first and second pathogenic groups,” explains the report.
The BioWeapons Prevention Project’s supplemental report documenting Ukraine’s biolab network goes into considerable detail about the pathogens with which the institution has done research.
Ebola and “viruses of pathogenicity group II by using of virology, molecular, serologica, and express methods” were amongst the pathogens examined by the laboratory.
The facility also offered “special training for specialists on biosafety and biosecurity issues during the handling of dangerous biological pathogenic agents.”
The discovery of the biolab plant comes after the US government faced severe criticism for funding dangerous “gain-of-function” experiments in Wuhan at a Chinese Communist Party-run facility with military cooperation.

Yes, there was a report from the Russians that these labs were experimenting with coronaviruses as well as more dangerous pathogens. There was also a response from China with the demand that the US discloses the work done in the Ukrainian labs.

The guy was executed by SBU (which is an analog of Gestapo in the Ukrainian regime)
The next day, GUR (which is an analog of Abwehr) stated that the guy was working for them and is a national hero.
Well... 1944-1945 yet again, Gestapo did execute a number of Abwehr people....
Well, since the majority of Ukrainian biolabs date from the Soviet era (and at least one even before the Soviet revolution), I’d say “not likely”.
I’ve been assured by factcheck that there are no US funded biolabs in Ukraine. The map showing their exact location is somehow misinformation.
Factcheck attempts to say that whatever we did (isn’t clear) was done to “ensure that dangerous pathogens do not fall into the wrong hands”.
We are living in the novel Animal Farm.
I read news from a variety of sources for comparison reasons. I don’t think it’s necessary to tell anyone in FR to not rely on that info lol
I like to know what other sources are communicating. You do you ok
Hee hee.....I think they’re still pushing that, with a slightly different angle.
And as we know, this evil jerk will get away with it.
It’s mass hysteria 2.0.
What about those ordered built by Obama???
Maybe Dementia Joe prematurely let the glowing cat out of the bag, at his SOTU debacle, when he said ‘circling Uraniums’,
👍🏼
The only one that we have any information about Obama being connected with is the “Interim Central Reference Laboratory”, which is not an independent lab, but a part of the Mechinov Anti-Plague Research Institute, which has existed since 1866. This lab was not “built by Obama”, but was updated to meet Biosafety Level 3 specifications after the end of the Cold War with US assistance and funding, which is probably what Obama was taking credit for.
Sounds like you’re referring to when the actual laboratories were built.
Don’t you think there’s been a lot of change in the regional governments since that time, including a growth in the advancement in globalist agendas, and plenty of globalist scientists going in and out of those labs?
Do you miss him?
Do you need his guidance?
Isn't it odd that so many folks wished that he would go away
and then complain about it when he does? No pleasing some people I guess.
“Sounds like you’re referring to when the actual laboratories were built.”
Yes, because I was responding to people talking about the laboratories being built or established by the US, when the plain facts make that an impossibility for most of the labs in the Ukraine.
“Don’t you think there’s been a lot of change in the regional governments since that time, including a growth in the advancement in globalist agendas, and plenty of globalist scientists going in and out of those labs?”
Certainly there has been a change in government, and some involvement of Western governments with these labs in at least two specific areas. First, we funded upgrading several of their labs to modern biosafety standards, and second, we funded some of their subsequent research through grants from both US-funded NGOs and directed federal government funding.
However, neither of those facts actually establish that:
a) we “built” these labs
b) these are “US labs” under our control
c) these are “bioweapons labs”, which are something distinct from “bio labs” or “biological research labs”.
Perhaps some or all of those things are true, but I don’t think anyone has yet presented any real evidence to establish any of those facts.
It’s about funding.
The U.S. funds the labs.
On the question of bioweapons—of all times in history, now is when full transparency should be provided.
Did our DoD fund bioweapons in the Ukraine? DoD is not answering the question. This is consistent with the conclusion that they have funded bioweapons.
The silence of the DoD does not make them look innocent.
Time to use Occam’s Razor. DoD is guilty in the court of public opinion.
Deep State—you lose!!
Of course Putin doesn’t have any questionable biolabs./s
Then there’s this...

The VAERS numbers for Myocarditis/pericarditis just for the first 2 months of 2022 are already 40% of 2021, even though vaxx has slowed https://openvaers.com/covid-data/myo-pericarditis This is disturbing because it could mean the initial reactions were just the tip of the iceberg

“It’s about funding.
The U.S. funds the labs.”
Do you think there is a monthly invoice submitted to the US government and we pay for the cost of running all these labs? Because that’s what is implied when you say “the US funds the labs”. But I don’t think you probably believe that is actually what is happening, do you?
As I said, we provided funding for upgrading some (not all, since the Ukrainians would not even provide us access to all of their labs) of the labs to modern biosafety protocols. We also have funded some research projects in Ukrainian labs (none of which are ostensibly connected to weapons research, though such projects might still be considered “dual purpose” if they could be used for either civilian or military purposes). That much I’ve found evidence for.
“Did our DoD fund bioweapons in the Ukraine? DoD is not answering the question. This is consistent with the conclusion that they have funded bioweapons.”
When were they actually asked that question and by whom? A non-answer to a question that was never asked isn’t really what most people consider “evidence” of anything in particular.
But seriously, I wouldn’t expect any answer to that question, because, as you might know, funding of any bioweapons is prohibited by treaties that we are signatories to. So we do not even admit when we research bioweapons in our own labs right here in the United States (which we do). Nor does Russia admit it when they do it in their labs (which they do). Nor will China admit it, etc. Nobody will ever admit it because it is one of those activies which all major world powers have agreed not to engage in and then proceeded to continue to engage in anyway.
And just who is responsible for the corona virus outbreak?
Huh?
