I’ve never seen official rules - I wonder if there have been cases where there is more than one solution. I guess it would have to be a short one..

There are a couple of minor mistakes in it but the message is clear.

And before you call it a dumb cryptogram, let me hasten to say that I’m not proud of my creation.

The point is that it’s not impossible for a cryptogram to have more than one solution, especially a short one.
