Automakers including VW, Toyota, Ford and Hyundai have shut downs factories in Russia after its invasion of Ukraine
A senior member of Russia's ruling party has proposed nationalizing foreign-owned factories that shut down operations in the country over what the Kremlin calls a special military operation in Ukraine.

In a statement published on the United Russia website, the secretary of the ruling party's general council AndreiTurchak said shutting operations was a "war" against the citizens of Russia

Russia will probably just bring-in a trainload of Uyghurs to man the VW, Toyota, Ford and Hyundai factories. Imagine what those products will look like...
Even if they nationalize them, they will experience supply chain problems if constituent parts are are produced in other countries sanctioning Russia. A better idea is to build factories that produce those parts within Russia proper. Production of the final product is delayed either way, so no use crying over spilt milk under the bridge.
