When I was in the Army in the late 50s early 60s the russians had bigger and more tanks than we did.
30 years later the Soviet Union collapsed because they tried to compete with the USA in military spending.
A country that has an economy the size of Texas can not compete with the USA {other than nukes and bio-weapons}, and if you believe that they can beat our military in a conventional war, you don't know squat.
