What does the guy do when he has you off to the side of the road? I’m not giving him money.

It’s amazing how often this happens, as seen on YouTube, just on Real World Police alone. One was a kid who didn’t even look 18 - he also lied about his father being killed in the line of duty.
The officer probably saved his life by arresting him - he had no way of defending himself if he pulled over someone intent on killing him.

How does the real cop figure out he is dealing with an impostor?
To: nickcarraway
I wonder what he pulled the deputy over for?
To: V_TWIN
I don’t know if an illegal could pull it off.

Wrong terminology, not following standard police protocol regarding traffic stops, cheesy or no ID, no badge or fake badge, wrong uniform, equipment not used by law enforcement or that jurisdiction etc.
It all adds up to Sum Ting Wong.

If you’re a real cop it’s pretty obvious. You get familiar with local agencies, their people, what equipment they use, what equipment they don’t use, etc.

Was the deputy a woman?
I wonder how many people he pulled over before he pulled over a deputy and got caught.
