Where will the juice come from?
It won’t.
And Deep State will see to it.
GM will never beat Tesla.
Tesla produced and sold nearly 950,000 EV cars last year..
GM produced just 26 EVs in the last quarter. And GM was making EVs even before Tesla was founded.
They can sell anything and they know that now.
When you have to dispose of those batteries, have 20g ready.
I hope to never own an electric vehicle in my lifetime...too much trouble
I prefer gasoline. Speaking of which, we need to drill some more and dump Brandan’s restrictions.
Never was.................
Right after they burn down your house.
I would NEVER park any EV in my garage. Especially, attached to the house my family sleeps in.
They could never beat Tesla on price. All those dealers, unions, mechanic shops, and suppliers need to be paid!
Sell...Sell...Sell!
I noticed this as well. Seems the non-EV folks in FL are going to be subsidizing the EV folks in the near future.
Saw where FPL is even offering “unlimited charging” for a set price. Why can’t I get that deal at the local Shell Station I wonder?
GM has huge problems
* They are in severe debt. Converting assembly plants or building new ones cost $
* GM is tied to dealers and dealers hate EV’s. Ford is thinking of spinning off a EV division and sell direct to customers like Tesla. Dealers make their money not from car sales but from the repair division. EV’s have far fewer moving parts, less to repair
* GM has yet to prove it can make an effective EV. That image was scorched in people’s memory with the Volt fires
* GM’s new EV’s have to be efficient and the software aspect has to be able to compete with what Tesla and other competitors offer
* While the majority of EV’s will charge overnight at home. GM does not have a charging network. Tesla has the largest, Charge America’s network is spotty.
* EV prices are still too high. The 1st EV maker that can come up with a viable $20-25K model will be the winner
EV’s are coming. They are here. But the economy is still based on OIL and that will not change fast. So we will suffer, the economy will suffer and our fellow citizens will suffer over the skyrocketing oil prices.
Elon Musk in a interview said he didn’t get into EV’s over Global Warming or anything like that. It was sustainability and we have the perfect example right now.
We went from $2 a gallon to over $4 a gallon in under 2 years. That is not sustainable economically. The only short term fix is to undo the policy changes that Biden put in. But we have two more years of this Bozo. So that will not happen.
+1
I don’t want a vehicle that can be disabled by a 3rd party based on my social credit score.
Car and Driver magazine: “We bet Ford’s F150 lightning’s range is under 100 miles when towing at max.”
Wow. Good luck with that, fellas.
I remember when they were gearing up to beat back the Japanese. How did that work out?
Good thing electricity is magic.

Not only that its a good thing that Biden is making EV vehicles (except Tesla) free!!!
Nope.
Oh it’s all part of a nefarious plan for sure.
No they don’t. All ya gotta do is plug ‘em in.
