That's not a tank. It is an BMP-2 Armored Fighting Vehicle. It's main armament is a 30mm auto-cannon.

The US equivalent is the Bradley.

I think this article is over a year old and probably dates back to 2020. I think the latest publisher may have picked it up from long ago and re-published it.
FTA:

The plandemic began in March 2020, so for the above statement to make sense, it must have been written sometime in 2020 or February 2021 latest.
