He is also the producer, which means that he is responsible for EVERYBODY’s negligence. He hired EVERYbody, including the gun handlers.
If a car fails and someone gets hurt in an accident because a drunk assembly line worker installed a part incorrectly, you bet the victim gets to sue the car company.
