Either way, the Democrats trying to run our lives are a threat to the viability and long-term survivability of the USA as a meaningful nation.
Among a number of things going wrong in America right now, worst of all is our totally unnecessary, self-inflicted end to energy independence.
This one is particularly frustrating because it is so unnecessary and arbitrary. Based purely on liberal arrogance and adolescent egotism — not on well considered business factors or with the country's long-term well-being in mind — "President" Biden canceled the Keystone Pipeline as soon as he occupied the Oval Office. This was simply a ploy to curry favor with the Green voting bloc and do something to counter President Trump. It was the act of a shallow emotional simpleton and his behind-the-scenes puppet masters trying to look good in the eyes of the Squad and the liberal media.
It's not as if the cancelation of Keystone in and of itself ruined our energy sector. Biden also stopped any fossil fuel exploration in ANWR, voided existing oil exploration and development leases on federal lands, and sharply curtailed the ability of existing oil and natural gas fracking companies to conduct their operations. This has markedly reduced our supply, but far more important, it sent a message to the world oil market that any possibility of substantial new American oil was stopped dead in its tracks. The result? We've now got hyper-inflation-inducing higher crude oil pricing, even before the Ukraine-Russia fandango fanned those flames even higher.
The energy issue really highlights the "intentional vs. ignorance" fault line within the Democratic Party. The ignorance part is easy to point out: many Democrats actually believe that if they somehow manage to artificially limit the quantity of American oil delivered to the market

They intend one result and don’t consider the other consequences or don’t take them seriously. The people at the top want to stay in power because they think they are better than those who would replace them, and they say what they need to say to keep in power. Those further down are propagandized. They get their information and opinions from sources which tell them what to believe and what to think and they don’t question it. That’s ignorance, I guess, but it’s also willful ignorance since they are resistant to other information and opinions.

The true motivations that explain Biden’s behaviour are becoming clearer and clearer every day:

Energy independence defeats their purpose. Biden’s refusal to unleash production here is nonsensical on steroids, but I finally understand their scam for what it appears to be.
It’s reparations on a grander scale. It’s Madeline Albright encouraging nuclear proliferation just to make it fair to all countries.
Try to see worldwide events from this perspective with worldwide equity as the goal and things make more sense.
Yes, 0bama’s father was openly a communist and hated the USA. And 0bama titled his boot (that Bill Ayers probably wrote) “Dreams of My Father”.
Still, the American strategy of reminding people exactly who is responsible for the pain at the pump and grocery store via this guerrilla sticker campaign will continue until such time that demoncraps are sent to the dustbin in the coming elections.
Biden is not the first to cripple our ability to be self sustaining.
YES it’s intentional!
Their agenda is world governance.
The USA (or any independent nationalist entity) stands in the way of that agenda.
They swear an oath to our constitution and quickly work to undermine it and destroy it. They report to a global authority... not We the People, and they are textbook traitors through and through.
Unfortunately, our elected representatives who DO believe in the constitution don’t have the nads to fight them.
Everything that is happening right now is geared towards maintaining the illusion that the USA has not lost it’s freedom... that We The People are still in charge.
January 6, 2021 should have clearly put an end to that illusion.
