I bought two German e-bikes last year - our family now has five.
One of them has a large bucket in the front so we can take the dogs with us.
They get us to places we wouldn’t be able to bike to with “regular” bikes.
You still have to pedal these bikes, they don’t have a throttle or motor of any type - the pedal assist allows to to bike further and up steep hills.
Got a 20-miler (at least) planned for today. Can’t wait to get started!

I am considering buying a Giant Trance X Advanced Pro 29 2.
Is anyone here riding one of these?
If so, do you recommend it?

Which led me to this woods I never been:

Which led me to this deathtrap I never been:

Scouted a ride to the beach at Wannsee. It's not open yet but the beach at Müggelsee is being renovated, although it will still be opened. This ride was great. I came down a wide dirt trail through a forest. The trail was downhill a lot of the time. I was standing on the pedals and allowed the bike to move as fast at it wanted. Was such excellent fun. I am going to do this many many times. This was a very good day!
