LOL We are the opposite, which is why we like the shishitos so much.

Don’t care for hot and spicy.

I like both. I’m thinking the shisoti would be great in a pepper/onion relish. Use sweet onions and the refined sugar could be reduced.

That sounds good. We only use sweet onions.

About the only gardening going on here, (west Michigan). Fresh covering of snow this morning just a couple of inches. 0-02-01-d6730a4ce8ce5db1aed1487b0529ee6a0fcf1b457c9b8173f1883e4aab135d1b-1336ed907450a71 alfalfa sprouts, I measure carefully, just under 2 tablespoons of seeds.

Have you ever tried those circular rice paper wraps? They are dry and you just soak them very briefly to soften. No carbs! They are great with anything like shrimp or beef and something crunchy like sprouts, cabbage, cucumber. I tried deep frying them once but I guess I didn’t wrap them tight enough and they had air in them. I like them just soaked anyway. I even had many with baked fish sticks and a dry coleslaw mix and used a bottles asian dressing. Very yummy.
