This was an "affirmative action" acquittal, Bostian being an out-and-proud fag. The details of his negligence and possible suicidality are sickening.

Bostian, the sole engineer onboard, had accelerated his train to 106 mph just before entering the curve and braking, when the speed limit for that stretch of track was 50 mph. If that's a true statement, then a Not Guilty verdict is absolutely ridiculous! That's over double the speed limit. It says, "Bostian, the sole engineer onboard, had accelerated his train to 106 mph".
It does not say, "The train on which Bostian was the sole engineer accelerated to 106 mph and did not respond to Bostian's attempts to slow the train".

Why am I not surprised that Brandon got away with murder. After all, just about every other Democrat gets away with it (with Bill Clinton being worst, as he was killing people left and right in Serbia, people how posed no threat to us, made Putin look like a saint).
