I really is ugly, looks like just another commercial building. Like a big medial office building.
Interesting the big price drop.

Probably bought by the state to house illegals.

Sorry, I don’t think it’s stylish or sophisticated at all.
It’s just some nouveau riche notion of what’s supposed to be ‘trendy’. Even the art is boring and meaningless and looks like some interior designer bought it wholesale.
I’m not against ‘modern’, but this doesn’t show any real concept or genius at all.

If I was worth $100 billion I wouldn't have the *slightest* desire to live in a $100 million house. My ego isn't nearly so fragile to compel me to own such a house.

This aint squat. Ever been to the biltmore estate? You could ride Harley’s in The halls, camp out with 2 or 3 friends in some of the fire places. They have a room just for flower vases! 😃

its absolutely gigantic but the individual rooms themselves are kinda meh for the price and what you would expect for a typical home. So what you are buy is a huge load of middle class living space with amenities.

I’ve never understood why someone would want a house you need a golf cart to get around. Beautiful setting though.

There’s a utube video on it. You couldn’t pay me to live in that dump. Excess for the sake of excess. Cold, not thought out. Maybe some kind of over-the-top hotel.
