The truly sad part of this story are all the folks from India who think it’s somehow better to attend school in Ukraine. LOL
3000 students out of 10,000,000 students in Indian colleges is "all the folks"? That is like 0.03% of student population. May be they could not get admission in Indian colleges. Competition to get in college is stiff in India.
