On Tuesday morning the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held an informational hearing on the Gableman 2020 Election Report featuring invited speakers Special Counsel and Former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and Attorney Eric Kaardal.
During his opening testimony, Justice Gableman listed a series of unlawful acts that took place during the 2020 presidential election. Justice Gableman then called for the decertification of the 2020 presidential election results in the state.
Justice Michael Gableman: Our recommendations are fairly predictable considering what we just covered… The elimination of WEC (Wisconsin Election Commission)… At this point, I believe the legislature ought to take a very hard look at the option of decertification of 2020 Wisconsin Presidential Election.

On Wednesday morning Wisconsin State Republican Leaders, including Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu, called for an emergency meeting on March 16th in Stevens Point to discuss the next steps on this explosive development by Justice Gableman.

Yes and no. Yes, it's too late to undo 2020. But considering that stuff like this is based on momentum, it's best to make a lot of noise about 2020 to make it easier to stop the next steal.

The 2020 election is an embarrassment to America, not just because an elderly old pervert and a mistress were put into office but also because the election was stolen and many governmental agencies were in on the heist.
I understand the frustration, but it is never a moot point. Even if he can't be dethroned, proving Biden's illegitimacy, no matter how late, would be the next best thing.
We can NEVER let up on this.
To all of you who are complaining it’s too late, or waste of time....don’t forget one benefit, if there is follow through anyway, is to help lock down the next election by closing the loopholes and stopping the most fraudulent tactics. It’s shines a light on the subject which should make it harder to cheat. Plus, a decertification here or there, fraud exposed, etc validates Trump.
I just want scream every time l think about that back stabbing traitor Barr waiting until the last day to resign so Trump could not put someone in there to expose this. Now the prick has the nerve to make the MSM rounds and claim there was no evidence of cheating.
The status quo (money stream) for all “professional” politicians was threatened by Trump, and he had to be eliminated by any means necessary. They, the political establishment of both parties, were obviously at their wits end because of his popularity and felt pushed to the extreme of fraudulently electing joe. Unfortunately for the establishment, the fraud necessary to achieve their desired result was so blatant it’s now the “turd in the punch bowl” which is getting harder and harder to cover up.
I am usually critical of GP for hype and bombastic claims but having listened to a couple of interviews about this it is a pretty big deal.
People need to accept that we will NOT overturn the 2020 election.
However, people also need to acknowledge that having these state legislatures act moving forward to prevent this kind of insanity again is very important.
This is at least a step in the right direction.
