On Monday, two biotech companies filed a lawsuit against Moderna in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, accusing the vaccine manufacturer of patent infringement on its COVID-19 vaccine.

No, they only have immunity from suits about vaccine adverse effects, not immunity from being sued for any reason.

If any of those drug companies lied to in any way to get the EUA, they lose their protection.

Have you seen all the mRNA drugs coming out of biotech? Crispr Tech is being used for everything from UTI’s to cancer. Covid was the first of many more ‘vaccines’ and therapeutics (spike protein). We should have fought the technology, not one shot. Too late now.
Gates and Fauci presented it to Event 201, a Gates Foundation to-do, back in Oct. 2019 before the bug hit US shores. That’s a head scratcher, huh.

No one would claim rights to a dangerous therapy which demonstrates that the vaccines are not a dangerous therapy.
