Piroshky Piroshky bakery owner Olga Sagan told the newspaper about the recent crime that happened at her store, including an individual being shot and wounded nearby and people abusing drugs at the front of her store.

Sagan said she called the police about the incidents and alleged there was no response, according to the Times.

ADVERTISEMENT Sagan also said she officially closed the store when a man was shot to death around the block from the bakery Sunday afternoon, telling her employees that she will try to find jobs for them at other locations in the city and adding that she will reopen the store when it is safe.

Piroshky Piroshky bakery is a store that serves traditional Russian pastries, the newspaper reported.

“How many shootings do we need to have to realize this is an active emergency in downtown Seattle?” Sagan told The Seattle Times.

So strange that the leadership of these cities are killing their areas due to malicious negligence.
Of course, this president does not call them out on it, this promotion of decay.

The majority voters are to blame for putting vermin into office, but it’s a given that societal rot will eventually lead to the death of these liberal-infested cities.

Unfortunately, liberals are like locusts, ruining everything in their path, then moving to other places to consume those resources by voting the same way.

My heart goes out to the bakery owner and all the employees. Sometimes, though, you have to vote with your feet, leaving the nonsense behind.

If her politics are any good, she should move to a red state and open up there.

However, if she’s a typical democrat voting liberal, never mind.

I have called the police twice over the years about stolen or abandoned cars on my block and never had a follow up. When you can get apps that show your neighborhood that show you the crime around you I bet the police triage everything and a stolen car is consider not much of a crime.
It is to the owner!!

The Hill is partly responsible for this by shilling for the current party in power.

Strange? My friend, this is standard operating procedure. Ignore the problem until it is out of control. By then you have retired and its somebody else's problem.

Highland Park, Michigan used to have the highest average income in the nation. Go there now. It didn't happen overnight.

Running a street-facing small business is a low risk undertaking, at least from the view of ‘the street’ taking you down. Well, that’s true in all Western countries, except the US.

The owner doesn't accept that she's in an area that's been abandoned, not by policy, but by reality.

The Rust Belt of this country is filled with cities that are shells of what they were previously. It was just a matter of time that Seattle would join the list. Cities do not serve the function they once did.

Just like abandoned canals, empty railroad beds, towns bypassed by the interstates, and dead shopping malls, it's time to move on.

When we the people no longer have any incentive to start a business, we the people will then be forced to depend on government running these businesses and services for us.

We don’t want that.

We need to get back control over our cities and law enforcement.. and law MAKERS.

Move your business to a red city, you might make more money and you won’t see the crime....
