Dr Berg tries to do a 12 minute summary of subject in The MOST POWERFUL Antioxidant is Melatonin, NOT Glutathione. Obviously he cant go into as much depth in this short period of time but since he does get into the conversation of glutathione and melatonin, something that Ive seen a lot of misunderstanding of posted here, I think its a good place to start especially for those that dont think they want to spend the time on the first one. (I dont know if DR Berg knows it but he is constantly pointing at various "crumbs" in his videos that some may be interested in.)
This type of information along with a number of papers Ive read recently seem to suggest that most of our health problems in modern times are stemming from life long chronic D3 deficiency (that and our failure to recognize K2).
Comes from indoor life-styles. We used to be an outside people, walking to places and getting exercise, now we spend the majority of our time indoors, at desks, and computer screens................
