Putin & Scholz agreed in phone conversation on experts of two countries discussing transition to payment for gas supplies in rubles. Significant shift from Scholz’ earlier flat refusal to countenance such idea. Realism dawns as any disruption in gas will wreck German economy.

Children are malleable and thus vulnerable. The Left knows this. Their GOAL is to shape the sexual behavior and identification of children. They don’t oppose the Florida bill because they misconstrue it. They oppose it because they seek the sexual indoctrination of children.

That didn’t take long.
A voucher system would change things.
If parents were given a voucher worth a certain amount of money for each child and they could “spend” it at the school of their choice, the schools would start competing. Some schools would continue to offer the woke agenda, but others would start to offer something to please moderates and conservatives - more based on learning the skills.
If the schools all have just as many or more parents than they do teachers overseeing each one, change would happen. If parents had to approve of who is hired, that would help. You would also see the more sensible and serious teachers move to schools more their liking. Basically, the schools which go non-union would excel. The NEA is a labor union....it cares little about students, regardless of what they say. At least that’s the way it is in Canada.

I made a big batch of Cabbage Not Rolls this morning. So easy and takes so much less time, less cooking time, and taste just like a chopped up cabbage roll. Just had some - pretty darned good, if I do say so myself lol.
If only the primary goal of public school education in this country was the actual education, not the indoctrination, of our children.
Right one FD. It’s been YEARS since it’s been that way. I think most parents would be stunned if they could hear what goes on in the classrooms. Heck, I thought it was bad 30 years ago when I took my kids out. The primary grades are filled with these sexual deviant activists - they are there for one reason only. Some of them, perhaps two reasons.

Mmmmmm custard pie! Homemade bread! That would go perfectly with my Cabbage Not Rolls!
Recipe is easy:
Mix together in a big bowl:
2 lbs. ground beef
Chopped carrot
Chopped celery
Chopped onion
Parsley (I used finely chopped spinach instead)
Crushed garlic (about 5 cloves)
Rice - about 2 cups uncooked (I use Basmati)
Salt and pepper to taste
In large roasting pan:
Cover bottom with olive oil
Add half of a chopped up cabbage
Spread the meat mixture on top of the cabbage
Cover the top with other half of chopped cabbage
Pour a tin of tomato juice over it all
Bake in oven at 350 for about 3 hours. Check it part way through in case it’s drying out and add some water.
It’s a good thing I like it - I’ve got enough that I’ll be eating it for 4 days lol.
