Those flavored Coffee Creamers are my downfall! BUT - when the flavored bottle is 1/2 empty, I’ve been re-filling it with 1/2 & 1/2 and that’s keeping me happy.
I really don’t have a sweet tooth, but I, too, like my coffee sweet.
That’s one thing I’m working on. Hoping to eventually get it down to just coffee and the 1/2 & 1/2. There are all sorts of chemicals in those creamers. Maybe I’ll switch to the more ‘natural ones’ first...or figure out how to flavor 1/2 & 1/2. It can’t be THAT hard!
You’re attitude is right. You just gotta keep trying things till you find what works for you!
Yes, heavy cream is high in fat and high in calories, but it has virtually zero carbs.
I also recommend Lavazza Oro coffee.
I would also recommend lactose free dairy as a way to reduce carbs. My preference is Fairlife. Fairlife make a chocolate ice-cream which is delicious.
IMHO, walking is the best exercise.
