walk, try to lift weights, don’t eat after 6pm ( no tv snacks) and alcohol counts if u like wine and beer.
don’t deny yourself anything, just eat less of it.
My dogs are my diet buddies- they each get 1/3 of whatever.
Go ahead and whisper “ice cream sandwich” in our house and it’s ON! also cut your self some slack- in your 60’s it is tough to lose and maintain.

Come to think of it, I DID weigh less back when I had three dogs, LOL!
