I just can’t/won’t do keto.
I do a balance of healthy fruits and veggies.
Give yourself permission for one day every two weeks to eat whatever you want. But only one day. Could be a party, birthday, dinner out, whatever. Without a break life is too dull!
One thing you can try is switch from three meals per day to two per day. Breakfast around 10:00 and another meal around 4:30 or 5:00.
Whoever said “go to bed at night if you’re tempted to eat a late snack” has it right. You can also add a nice shower and bath. That forces you to pay attention to your body and you can appreciate progress you’ve made and think about not jeopardizing it for one night’s pleasure. Also you can decide what areas are still too chunky and determine to not make it worse.
