Which fruits and veggies are healthy, and why?
Should have included proteins as well.
I don’t ever count fruits I eat as a negative.
Veggies it’s more the starchy ones are less frequent and the non starchy ones more frequent.
I will still eat a whole micro-wave cooked baked potato plain as my breakfast sometimes. It actually satisfies me until lunch whereas some other breakfast items leave me hungry an hour or two later.
Like I said, everybody’s different.
