If this inquiry is even legitimate...
It reminds me of the innocent-sounding inquiries one sometimes encounters elsewhere on public message boards, about, say, BitCoin.
A moment after the inquiry, someone else pops up and says, "I've had very good experiences buying BitCoin from xyz - here's the link!" Followed by ten or twelve other "entities" immediately popping up and chiming in, "Yes, I've heard they're very good!" and "I already doubled my money!" and "xyz is the best!"
Not saying that that is the case here, but...
