When I was much younger I belonged to a health club that had a small ice water pool. After hitting the steam room or sauna after a workout you would jump down into the ice pool.
Quite a shock. Don’t know why I did that... just a brainless yute playing copy cat. At my age I think the shock would take out my heart.
