I think all he said those two countries are not permitted to join NATO, and why not, neither country was in NATO during the Cold War, yet they both prospered. I think after this week, those countries will take him at his word.
China is not in NATO too and they’ve certainly prospered. Putin is increasingly allying with the CCP. Are you a big fan of them, too?
