Are you kidding? biopsychologist? Wow. Never heard of such a program, but I am sure that he is ‘tenured’, and can say whatever he wants (except anything bad about vaccines, cross dressers or trucks).
Think about it...the journal he wrote for is based on on a subject that doesn’t exist at present. Like a journal on Centaur morphology. One thing for sure, there is little intelligence in the viewpoint. Just speculation.
Anyway his idea is an old one. OUT OF THE SILENT PLANET by C.S. Lewis briefly mentions it as the mindset of the extraterrestrials.
