To: A Formerly Proud Canadian

Lots of rumours circulating.

One I heard is that if as a US citizen/resident, you donated to the truckers from a US bank, and that bank has a branch in Canada, Canada can have your account locked here? How deep can they go?

I could see that, if you were a Canadian citizen, but wouldn’t an a/c in a US registered bank, have to have a US regulator approve this?

In any event, just PLEASEVPULL YOUR MONEY OUT and tell the bank why. JMO

If they tried that, I bet there’d be a run on those banks tuit suite....

The Ontario Court of Justice has issued letters to a number of American companies and institutions making demands that no American firm need bother themselves about.

And any American firm that imposes the will of a Canadian dictatorship on any American deserves whatever the free market does to them.
