Not quite. Neighborhood homes were being burglarized. This punk was caught on several cameras just a wandering into construction sites that no trasspassing signs were clearly seen. The guys chased Aubrey, a person with a criminal past down and were placing him under citizen arrests, which is legal in GA. Aubrey resisted arrest and assaulted the father. He went after the shotgun the son was holding, grabbed the barrel to wrestle it away. Boom. Game over. The judge refused to allow the evidence that Aubrey was a career criminal out of fear of pissing off the BLM mob.
Past crimes are almost never allowed as evidence. Because they aren’t. In this instance his killers had no way of knowing his rap sheet, and he had no stolen property on him.
These men are scapegoats to the gods of political correctness. Had Arbery been white, there would have never been any charges filed on this.
It's because people see color, instead of being color blind.
