Reducing cardio issues continues to be a very difficult thing to achieve from most any angle aside from weight loss and cleaning up bad eating and exercise habits.

Meat, potato, vegetable. Bread, butter WHOLE milk. Apples, oranges peaches....and Black Cherries off that old ladies tree (LOL).
Add bacon and eggs to that list.

Sigh. There used to be a time when eating eggs was bad for your cholesterol. Recently, Time Magazine published an article telling us that 4 out of 5 nutrition experts says that eggs are good for your health.

Every day eating for nutrition is whatever we have discovered as what God provided us. That includes vegetables— and primarily I would say.
When hub was about 30 he was flying fighters. Yearly physical said he had high BP. And it was high. Changed exercise routine but we went through his bachelor pantry which he claimed was lo salt.
No where close.
Replaced with veg, fruit and lean meat. BP came right down. That’s decades ago.
And after a full 23 of flying jets with no further BP issues per USAF med guys

Vegetables provide a natural balance of electrolytes in addition to vitamins and minerals
There is no way that cannot benefit one’s cardiac health. No way.
Almost everything in a grocery store is ‘questionable’. Growing your own food is better, but not all can do that and it’s becoming less and less available to many.
Understandably the food suppliers have a lot of people to feed and so it goes.
However, expensive medicines/pills are made to help your unhealthy lifestyle. Big Pharma, etc. have to make a living also. Hospitals seem to be growing faster now.
Gyms are available at a price to help. Where would we be without these life savers?
