“That battery technology doesn’t exist & there is no guarantee it will ever exist.”

I remember reading a technical paper maybe 20 years ago that reviewed the chemistry and physics of many battery technologies and materials and concluded that they will never exist. There are too many fundamental chemical limits to all materials.
