The Block is Baltimore and is in the middle of much mayoral attention right now. The Block is for streetwalkers and the mayor thinks Baltimore will benefit by forcing “bars” there to close by 10.
I’m not fond of the idea of “The Block”, especially since it’s so close to genuine downtown, but the mayor is desperate trying to show he’s “doing something” about the VIOLENCE and MURDER. It’s not streetwalkers in one place, BRANDON; it’s random thug killings all over the city!
I think it takes a minimum of at least 2 hours per body for a autopsy, msybe 90 minutes. Not a fast process.
