The Canadians mean business, this offence carries a six months to life term. Look at 430 sub sec. (c)(d) every business they block or hinders its use or operation violates this code to the letter. Homes are private property by honking all day and night you certainly are violating (d) for that home owner to the letter of the code. Protesting is holding signs on the capital steps not harassing peoples homes and businesses keeping them from running their livelihoods by blocking traffic in and out. Protest the right way not occupy a city. One only needs to read what actual Canadians are saying and see their videos from their windows and front doors to see how this code is being violated.

Like the peasant said in WAR AND PEACE, “Where there is a court there is injustice”. But you Levites still say, “The law is the law Jean...” Go truckers! You do-nothings just play into the hands of the totalitarians.

Perhaps you are correct. So, where were you when BLM and Anti-fa had absolutely no regard for businesses nor homeowners (McCloskeys)??? I don’t remember you posting about violation of civil rights at that time. All of this is not going to end well for one side or the other...or both. A good ending is becoming impossible.

Protest the right way not occupy a city.

Protesting the "right way" allows the powers that be to ignore people's voices, because their power is not really threatened. Protesting the "right way" is what led us to the point that more drastic measures must be taken. Real change never takes place until people become uncomfortable. If in making the change so that freedom can be regained, people in Ottowa and the politicians that work there being uncomfortable seems a small price to pay.

Right. The Founding Fathers never would have been so crass and unthoughtful. When the loss of liberty is at stake it’s important to be genteel. /s

Democracy can sometimes be a messy affair.

Horn honking is too much?

Try living without the freedom to do that or anything else.

Trudeau started this. He can stop it by ending the mandate.

Maybe you should take some time and figure out the truth before repeating the liberal lies.

There is no honking day and night. Truckers self-limited honking to 8am till 8pm till the judge outlawed it completely. That order has expired and the drivers are for the most part still obeying it.

The confederate flag was a plant carried by a Trudeau aide. The Swastika was a show of what Canada will become under a Trudeau dictatorship.

Of course, not a word was said about the counter-protester carrying a Soviet flag.

The worst they have are parking violations.

Hold them to the same legal standard as BLM and we’re good. So far, the Truckers have looting, assault, and arson to go before they are arrested and then released the next day.

Thank goodness the Boston Tea Party Indians didn’t break any laws or you’d be calling for their imprisonment.

They tolerated worse than this for Black Lives Matter crap, and so therefore they have set the standard for what can be regarded as "protesting."

Had they applied the same rule to BLM, they would have a moral position from which to apply it to others.
