There is a lot of debate over the ideal level of vitamin D. Bret Weinstein has an interesting episode of the Darkhorse Podcast where they discuss vit D in depth.
I had always believed it would or could create kidney stones but as I understand it you have to take massive amounts of it?

Of course not. I am saying people are not getting vitamin D from sunlight if they are avoiding sunlight like a plague because they believe it will give them skin cancer in no time flat. Sort of like walking through a room with asbestos behind the walls.
