Stage-4 cancer never comes out of no where. Cancer is deadly only because it is a silent marauder. It grows silently, without symptoms. My wife had large tumor in lung, rib bone, brain and lymph nodes. She never had any symptoms, never smoked. One day she felt pain in rib area, and thought it was a pulled muscle or something. She ignored it for several days. Finally the pain just kept coming back. So she finally saw the doctor, who ordered chest x-ray. That was when they discovered the mass in lungs. Then they sent her for PET scan of whole body and discovered the brain tumor. She is a fighter and still here 4 years after diagnosis. We did 4 cruises in last 5 months.
