the term ‘plain clothes’ usually denotes an non-uniformed agent of a police force. I see nothing in this video/article that would support a claim of being an undercover agent of a police force. Not saying these were not colluding, only questioning who they were ‘colluding for’.

Except the guy at the window encouraging by waving his right hand indicating “come on in” is using the same tactic that the other guy used urging marchers to “come on, we have to go inside”. Obviously there were many undercover goons urging Patriots to break the law. Everyone knows how easy it is to make people do things they normally won’t do when in the midst of a crowd. People are programed to be led.
