No shortage of Greek Diners in the U.S. that aren’t run by Greeks.

Michael Savage once said he didn’t like to eat at Italian restaurants in SF because the cooks were from Guatemala.

We have tried with Danish chefs, but they can not make the Chinese dishes that we have.
No Danish translations of Chinese cookbooks?

Why should it stop them? Never saw a Chinese employee at Panda express.

Just reposition it in the market as a Danish-Asian “fusion” place and you can serve whatever you want.

My closest Chinese restaurant has Mexicans cooking in the back! Food’s not bad, but I will drive 25 miles for Peeking Duck.

Many, if not most Italian restaurants in Southern California are owned by non-Italians. One that isn't is
Basilico's Pasta e Vino in Huntington Beach. If you eat there, you are not allowed to wear a mask and they do not want anyone who is vaccinated against WuFlu to eat there. Tony Roman, its owner may be running for governor this year.

Maybe they should get the ice skater who fell down twice for the Chinese - I’d bet SHE’S available...

What’s wrong with the Danes? I worked in a Chinese restaurant as a kid. Learning authentic Chinese cooking (well, authentic Chinese restaurant cooking anyway) is not rocket science. I can make all the basic dishes one would expect from a NYC Chinese Restaurant at home. It really isn’t difficult. I’m making Chicken With Cashew Nuts for my family tonight, in fact. It’s quick, easy, and everyone loves it.

The reason is that the Chinese owners can not get Chinese chefs to Denmark, You definitely don't need Chinese chefs to make basic Chinese food.
A restaurant near us just cycled through various asian students who were at the local university. The owner taught them the basic 10-15 dishes. Pretty much all the same ingredients.

There is no rule in nature that says only Chinese can cook good Chinese food, just as there is no rule in nature that says only Chinese can be good at Kung Fu.
Why can’t they teach Danish cooks to make Chinese food? That’s an obvious question.
