Yes -- including employers and all celebrity retards pushing this crap in TV and radio ads. Don't let the politicians and government regulatory agencies like OSHS, CDC and FDA off the hook.

I wouldn’t let them off the hook myself, but in the U.S. we have an underlying legal concept known as “sovereign immunity” that applies in almost all of those cases.
