You're welcome. Keep in mind that a parliamentary system might be appropriate for a nation like Iceland or Denmark. But not the United States (50 states).

Never. Parlimentariasm eventually leads to endless ‘’no confidence’’ votes which leads to near endless rounds of elections which eventually leads to voter fatigue and eventually to totalitarianism.
