If the variant exists and spreads faster than its mother, how is it non-scientific to discuss it? It affects everyone. A thread devoted to discussing its implications is worth it.

Last year, I think the government pressured amazon not to sell NAC, and it wasn’t available there for a while. (I found another source.) But now it is back. However, delivery is slow (March) and it’s become pricey - $40-$50 dollars a bottle.

Then show data that indicates “spreading faster” is better, worse or no different than any of the thousands of other variants that have existed throughout the entire epidemic.
