And Norwood, though we sent most of the briars back south after GM closed the plant and Saturn opened in Georgetown, Ky.

A few years ago, my wife and I were in Southern Ohio and I was talking about Graeter’s ice cream. We got some and brought it home It was still solid after several hours’ ride, and she loved the stuff.

I love chili mac. Now I must have some for dinner and I just happened to have some chili that needs to get used up.
Thanks for the inspiration =)

I make a “Thai Chili” using Red or Pandan Curry (Red Curry with Coriander and Cumin roasted, toasted and ground into the Red Curry)—
Add about a cup of coconut milk to wok, render down...Add curry and render that down until oil is bubbling...add remainder of coconut milk (about a cup) then add a pound of hamburger meat. Cook until done. Add the meat mixture to tacos, atop spaghetti, or as a chili, etc...a type of fusion dish.

CINCINNATI CHILI INGREDIENTS
Typical ingredients in Cincinnati chili include ground beef, tomato paste, spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, cumin, chili powder, bay leaf, dark chocolate (though this is more of a home cook option), simmered in water or stock.

To the people that like it, knock yourselves out.
I've never had it, and from the descriptions I'm pretty sure I've never been that hungry.

We visited there from Arizona. Our Dayton friends told us we gotta try Skyline chili. We thought it was a practical joke on us. Bad spaghetti and bad chili (in name only). Taco John's in Montana was better than that and it was pretty much mystery meat.
On the plus side, we discovered Bob Evans restaurants. That is dining they should be bragging about.

The Milwaukee version (Real Chili) with spaghetti, beans, cheese, onions, even vinegar is sooooo much better than the Skyline version.

Yes, I have heard of Google. What I said, in case you lack reading comprehension, is that the article you posted made no mention of chile, which it doesn’t.

We love Bob Evans but since Covid they have really been hit and miss quality wise. The Biscuits and Gravy are to die for. We sometimes just get a quart of gravy and 6 biscuits carry out and make eggs and potatoes at home. Nice for breakfast or dinner.
