From your link:
He is done.
Vancouver and Edmonton are pretty left as well. Ir seems that when metro areas get over a million, they veer left. Calgary being a slight exception
Truly unbelievable. The leader of the country sitting down like the pajama boy, pantry waist beta male that he is.
No wonder China does what it wants in Canada.
I love those people.
I love those people.
Trudeau has a tyrannical streak in him. Maybe he really is a Castro.
Trudeau exudes antigravitas.
Does Canada do the “No Confidence” thing that causes a government to fall?

Yes. The Liberals have a minority government formed in coalition with the New Democratic Party. The current distribution of seats:
159 - Liberals
119 - Conservatives
32 - Bloc Québecois
25 - New Democratic Party
2 - Green
1 - Independent
A majority government forms with 169+ seats. Absent that, the party with the most seats can form a minority coalition with another party to get to 169 or more seats and govern together. If any 169 Members of Parliament decide to band together and vote that they have no confidence in the current Prime Minister to lead the country, they can present the results of that motion and vote to the Governor General, who will dissolve Parliament and call an election.
As you can see from the tallies above, there would have to be defections from the Liberal/NDP coalition to get to 169. Neither the Bloc alone, nor the NDP alone provide enough votes to the Conservatives. There are some LIberals, however, who are unhappy with the way things are going, so that could be a surprising source of votes of non-confidence, with enough Bloc and NDP support.
The NDP is unaccustomed to having any real power, so being part of the coalition is probably intoxicating for them. The best real hope to bring down trudeau may be to look for defectors from his own party.
Great info, thanks!
Thank you for that analysis, Linda.
Yes. This was a question period , time reserved weekly for questions from the opposition to the government.
If Trudeau loses support he has with the NDP , there are 3 partie_ them the Opposition can make a moption of non confif=dence in the government: “ Be it resolved that ....etc” and if the majority votes for the motion of non confidence against the government, then the government falls and an election must be held right away.
This is where all of this is headed at this point.Towards a motion of NC, and the Conserbatives need to secure votes from the NDP and from liberals.....this is now happening behind the scenes, mustering votes.
