Biden caught using UPENN as a huge slush fund for money from vaccine profits to his personal "think tank."
Maybe he gets more than his usual 10%.
The words Biden and Think should never be in the same sentence.

Could be. Probably mostly algae at this point. You'll see in comment #1 where I put "think tank" in quotes. I guess it's more like a foundation, but they want their finances hidden within UPENN's budget.
Steal $2 Million and you go to prison. Steal $200 Million and they give you an honorary doctorate and maskless cocktail parties in your honor.

Nearly $100 billion at minimum has been stolen from Biden’s COVID-19 relief programs set up to help businesses and people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic, the U.S. Secret Service said Tuesday.
The estimate is based on Secret Service cases and data from Biden’s Labor Department and the Small Business Administration, said Roy Dotson, the agency’s national pandemic fraud recovery coordinator, in an interview. The Secret Service didn’t include Biden’s COVID-19 fraud cases prosecuted by the Justice Department....
Most of that figure comes from unemployment fraud. Biden’s Labor Department reported about $87 billion in unemployment benefits could have been paid improperly, with a significant portion attributable to fraud....

National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), a nonprofit public interest organization, filed a complaint with the Department of Education requesting that it conduct a full investigation into the University of Pennsylvania’s failure to disclose the source of millions of dollars of donations from China since 2013 to the university and its Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement as required by law.
