Pretty much agree. I tend to like reds though my local brew pub makes a good Mexican Lager that is on the lighter side. But hoppy and or fruity? No thank you. I realize there are lots of hops fans out there, bravo, I raise my glass to you. Fruity? If I wanted lemonade I'd order lemonade...

Artificially turning beer blue (or green, or any other color) with algae or dye or whatever.... Cool trick, but why? Beer should be various shades of amber, red, brown...
