GoFundMe is not the arbiter of the law. And since they’ve decided to take that role upon themselves they are no longer the platform that they present themselves as. They have, in fact, broken a trust because of this and no sensible person who understands this would be willing to put funds toward a project while knowing that those funds will be STOLEN and put to other uses. This is why DeSantis has said they will be investigated. GoFundMe has become a scam because they are not doing what they say they are.
