This has to get through the Az legislature. When it does does that, it will be time to pay more attention to it. Now its election PR by Finchem (Who’s running for Az SOS!) & GP headline splash for attention.

I hope Finchem is successful, but I won’t hold my breath.

Do “resolutions” have any legal authority?

No. But they do “break big”.

It takes a long time to gather evidence for such a Herculean task

No it doesn’t. A simple audit on the roles would have found fraud just on the mail in ballots alone. Thats why AZ and PA didn’t want certification of electors and 10 days to conduct an investigation. Pence ignored the requests.

"let SCOTUS decide the issue upon a petition for writ of quo warranto."

I don't think that SCOTUS has any jurisdiction here. Maybe the Arizona court system.

I dunno. Would you rather have an air-tight legal case, or a case with holes so huge that the whole Canadian trucker convoy could drive through and never tough the sides?

I think we had the intel back in Nov. of 2020. But, we were sabotaged shortly thereafter by the pedo Pence who after hearing hours of voter fraud intel decided that he was so gutless he would cave to the commie dems.
Blame Pence no one else.

We need to keep on depending on ourselves here on FR not on a liberal owned net. FNC's main guy, Brett Baer, claims: "there is no proof of election fraud." That alone tells you all you need to know about FNC.

Do you ever hear them mention it or look into it:hell no,so who needs them?

We can still acknowledge the few conservatives they have left until they move on but overall FNC is on its way to CNN land.

Megyn Kelly gets a bad rap (rightfully so) for her attack on Trump at the first debate. However, it was Bret Baier who lobbedd the first shot at Trump that night. He’s disgusting. FNC is disgusting.

Typical.

First it was
What evidence?
Then it was
What wide spread evidence ?
Then it was what evidence that would change the results ?

Now you want ‘ hard’ evedence ?

Perverted.

I agree with you that there was election fraud in 2020 (and prior to that, too)

you & I have seen a lot of things that identify some of the corruption, but no one with the authority to decertify the fraudulent state electoral certifications has yet to see any evidence. soft or hard.

imo that’s why there has been such a battle going on sincce 11/3/20 to block any evidence from getting to state legislatures or state SOS that could justify decertification.

soroz & elias + foreigh interests are in the battle of their lives to keep evidence of their fraud suppressed.

AZ has make some progress producing evidence with their audit. WI has made some progress producing evidence with their audits & judicial rulings. PA has made a little progress in producing evidence recently. same with MI & GA

but as of today, none of the swing states have gotten any evidence before anyone that has the legal authority to decertify.

so absent this happening, we wait.

It’s frustrating

One can not swing a dead cat
while blindfolded
in any part of the USA
without
hitting voter or election fraud.

yes, I agree. very frustrationg for all of us, cuz

right now, I’m listening to this X22 report # 2695B.

ironically it goes into great detail abou the election fraud & frustrations with roadblocks to resolution of same massive corruption that we have been chatting in this morning.

if you have a little time today, it’s well worth the time to listen in. it has been very encouraging to hear this report

try it at this link to X22 report on rumble:

Do “resolutions” have any legal authority?

When speaking about state election laws being addressed by the state legislature, the plenary powers say YES.

They don't need a Governor's signature, because the Executive branch is not part of the plenary powers (unless legislature is at an impasse).

but as of today, none of the swing states have gotten any evidence before anyone that has the legal authority to decertify.

Except for the states who have recent court rulings stating the election law was not followed to the letter, turning the election into an UNLAWFUL exercise. Ballot harvesting and change of 'rules' regarding mail-in ballots.

You may have missed this in my post #35 upthread?

“AZ has make some progress producing evidence with their audit. WI has made some progress producing evidence with their audits & judicial rulings. PA has made a little progress in producing evidence recently. same with MI & GA”

Yes you are correct there has been some progress in the form of judicial rulins out of PA & Wi
