Can you clarify what these supplements are?
They are items to help with benign prostate hyperplasia.
Do you have those concerns? If so, how bad would you say it is?
1. L-theanine
2. L-tyrosine
3. Glycine
The above shouldn't be a problem for anyone to take. There are benefits to taking these three during the day, as well. We actually make tyrosine and glycine through the day in our bodies. Theanine is in tea and is responsible for a calm feeling one can get. I believe it also blocks caffeine from receptors.
Something that can also provide a feeling of calm, while reducing stress, is magnolia bark or its extract, “honokiol.”
We have the “Swanson Superior Herbs Magnolia Extract,” originally bought for a health issue my wife occasionally has, but I've taken it, too.
Do note Magnolia/Honokiol can interfere with some drugs, though.
