What is V-Tach? What is this about?

The collection of snippets is mostly about events in Ottawa.

V-Tach is a cardiac rhythm that requires immediate intervention. I hate to say that it indicates impending death, but, it generally indicates death is nigh. It is always a Code situation in the hospital requiring compressions, supplemental Oxygen, usually electric shocking. People do survive for certain, but many do not. I have seen survivors many times, but it is seriously scary stuff.
