A 25 year career in heath care (as an administrator) showed me that it *does* happen. Ten bucks says that the autopsy will show some sort of cardiac event.

Of couse, it seems somewhat intuitive it was likely a cardiac related event, but show me the autopsy. I’d bet spike protiens affectng the organs and spiky, mini-clot red blood cells.

Nothing to do with the clot shots I’m sure, just another garden variety, “rare and suddenly”.
